Help with Jamigo — the app on your phone and Jamigo on the web. For anything this page does not answer, email us at support@jamigo.io.

1. Contact us
Jamigo, LLC
support@jamigo.io
- Write to us in English or in Spanish.
- So that we can find your account, tell us the mobile number you sign in with, or write from the email address confirmed on your account. Say what happened and on which screen.
- We may need to confirm that a request comes from you before we act on it.
- Please don’t email card numbers, bank details or sign-in codes. We don’t need them to help you.
2. Signing in and text messages (SMS)
You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time code that Jamigo sends you by text message; there is no password. Jamigo currently supports U.S. mobile numbers.
- No code? Check the number you entered, wait a minute, and tap Resend code. Message and data rates may apply.
- STOP. Reply STOP to any message from Jamigo to stop receiving text messages. Because your phone number is how you sign in, opting out may prevent you from signing in.
- HELP. Reply HELP for help, or email support@jamigo.io.
- A new number, or someone else in your account. If you lose access to your number, or think someone else has used your account, email us.
These messages are sign-in codes only: Jamigo does not send marketing text messages. The details are in the text message terms and the Privacy Policy.
3. Delete your account
- In the app. Open You → Account and privacy → Delete account and type DELETE to confirm. This cannot be undone.
- If you can’t sign in. Email support@jamigo.io and ask us to delete your account. We may ask you to confirm that the request comes from you.
- Your membership. Deleting your account ends a membership at once, and nothing more is charged. To keep a membership you have paid for until the end of its period, cancel it first and delete your account afterwards.
- JamigoPay. Deleting your Jamigo account does not close a Stripe account you set up for JamigoPay. To close it, contact Stripe or email us.
What is deleted, what is kept and for how long is in the Privacy Policy, under When you delete your account. To ask for a copy of your information, or to correct it, see Your choices.
4. Membership and billing
- Your plan. The membership page is You → Your plan (jamigo.io/app/you/plan). It shows your plan and what happens next: when a trial ends, or when the plan renews.
- Cancel. Open the membership page in Jamigo on the web and tap Cancel trial during a free trial, or Cancel plan afterwards. During a trial you are never charged; after you have paid, you keep your membership until the end of the period you paid for. See how to cancel, resume or restart.
- Card and invoices. Payment method and invoices, on the membership page, opens Stripe’s billing page, where you can change the card on file and find your invoices.
- A payment failed. Update your card in Jamigo on the web (Update payment method). Stripe tries the payment again over the following days, and your membership keeps working while it does. See if a payment fails.
- Refunds. Membership payments are not refunded for partial periods, with the exceptions in the Terms. If you think you were charged by mistake, email us the date and the amount.
- Something you bought from another member. For gear, a lesson or a tutorial, the seller can refund the order from the order in the app. If the two of you can’t settle it, email us what you ordered and when. See JamigoPay and payments.
- Getting paid (JamigoPay). Set up and manage JamigoPay, including your bank details, from the You tab in the app, which opens your account at Stripe. Payouts go to U.S. bank accounts, on Stripe’s schedule.
5. Report or block someone
- Report. Posts, comments, profiles, bands, gear listings and tutorials have a Report option, in their ••• menu or beside them. In a conversation, press and hold a message and choose Report: only that one message is sent to us, never the rest of the conversation. Choose a reason and send it. A person at Jamigo looks at every report.
- Block. Choose Block from ••• on the person’s page, or in your conversation with them. They aren’t told. You stop following each other, and they can’t message you, follow you or find your page. To see or undo your blocks, open You → Account and privacy → Blocked accounts.
- Mute. Their posts leave your feed, and their activity stops notifying you.
- By email. If you are not a member, or can’t find the option, email support@jamigo.io with the person’s name or a link, and what happened.
